Mango Smoothie with Mint/Recipe Share

  • 1 cup mango
  • ¼ cup skim milk
  • ¾ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup spinach
  • Handful of mint leaves


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
