Grilled Summer Veggies
What You’ll Need:
1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch strips
1 green bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch strips
2 yellow squash, cut into sticks
1 zucchini, cut into sticks
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
What To Do:
Preheat grill to high heat.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well and place in a grill basket.
Grill vegetables 5 to 6 minutes, or until lightly browned but still crisp.
