Hello and good morning.
I just wanted to touch base with all my friends on Word Press, and everywhere in between.
I enjoy this website because it gives me an outlet of expression that I most appreciate. Also, I have made friendships while doing this. How great is that? I appreciate all the comments, followings, and likes very much.
I started this page in hopes to advertise and promote my poem books. Most un-expectant though it has become so much more. I am very grateful that in that first initial reason, I have gained much more than promoting my books. I have gained a whole social interaction from others that love to write as I do. That is invaluable. Not saying though, that selling some of my books would not be great too, because it certainly would help my family if I did. I started the whole book thing because I wanted to leave my kids and grandkids something of me, when I am gone. I wanted to make them proud and show them that you can do what you set your heart and mind to do. I also wanted to let others out in our world know that they are not alone with their feelings and thoughts, or emotions.
As I have written about before on my blog here, my thoughts and feelings were pushed to the wayside growing up. I struggled to find my outer voice, one that would help my inner voice be heard. This came in the form of writing and in music that I wrote and played. For the longest time I searched for a way to be heard, perhaps you know someone like that, or have been that someone. It is important to know your feeling do matter. Anyway, I will stop trying to coach the world and just say, thank you from the bottom of my heart for supporting me, if you are,
I might start experimenting a tad and try some new things here; we will see.

You seem to have a talent for writing. Finish your books if you haven’t already, and seek out a publisher for them to get them out there to be sold. Don’t fret if at first you don’t have a huge success. I once read a statement one time that said something like this:
“95% of all authors took an average of 5 years to become very successful.”
In other words, don’t give up. Success in selling books takes time just like anything else. I have a feeling that there are many people who believe in you, and know that you got this as well. God bless you.
