Variation is difficult, because, as you say, we know what we like.

Right. I had never liked fish as a child, or growing up. I later on developed a taste for it. It has to be the taste I like though. I am still picky. I found what I liked and stick to it. I am not one for much variation, for sure.

I had fish last night. A new food as I recover from my eating disorder. It’s hard to have new foods introduced, I didn’t like it at all, but I had it.
