How do you make the drink? Like I know the ingredient but do you have to let the chia seeds soak for a certain amount of time or add ingredients at different times?

I’m diabetic too. This could impact your sugars if you lose weight or don’t still check your blood glucose levels. As with anything it’s best to stick on the side of caution. Ask your doctor is always a good ideal.

I don’t know about weight loss with this, maybe it would work because of the chia, but it has a lot of good ingredients for general health. Chia is supposed to fill the stomach and make you feel less hungry and it has a very high protein content.

The cup is a cooking measure of volume, commonly associated with cooking and serving sizes. It is traditionally equal to half a liquid pint in US customary units but is now separately defined in terms of the metric system at values between 1⁄5 and 1⁄4 of a litre.

If I drank that every night before bed, I would never sleep! Chia seeds give you energy. sometimes causing your heart to race. I wonder what a “unit” of lemon is, lol. I think I’ll stick to my ACV tea, thank you 😉
