I have been making my own from scratch sourdough. I give away two sandwich loaves a week to my children. I save one for myself and my husband. I ran across this recipe this morning and thought i would share it.
As satisfying as it is to make something with your own two hands sometimes time does not permit us to take a few days to give attention to something. So, like many of you I look for ways to hasten some of my prolonged activities. As I age i am finding more time than before while raising my children but sometimes my energy level does not match the allotted time. So, I am open minded to what I can do to make my tasks easier but not sacrificing the intended task. Koo-dos to those of us who have unlimited time and satisfaction from days of work for one task. If I am being honest though, sometimes faster is better.
