KETO SUGAR FREE BUTTERMILK SYRUP

INGREDIENTS

  • ¾ cup unsalted butter, grass-fed if possible
  • 5 tablespoons stevia or ⅔ cup granulated erythritol
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream, pasture-raised if possible
  • ¼ cup water
  • ¾ teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • Pinch of pink Himalayan salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a large, high-sided pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Be sure your pan is large enough to accomodate the syrup as it will foam up when baking soda is added.
  2. Add water and either stevia or erythritol. Whisk until the sweetener is completely dissolved.
  3. Whisk in cream, vinegar, and salt.
  4. Bring to a boil while gently stirring.
  5. Remove from heat and gently whisk in vanilla and baking soda.The syrup will begin to foam up at this point.
  6. When the foam has receded carefully pour the syrup into a syrup pitcher and serve! Enjoy!

NOTES

If you use erythritol in this pancake syrup recipe, it will crystallize after cooling. Just reheat and stir till the sweetener is dissolved into the syrup again and serve!

This Fresh Strawberry Jam is delicious on just about everything.

It is really easy to make homemade strawberry jam sugar-free. It takes about ten minutes and four ingredients.

When strawberries are in season and abundant it is worth it to make your own jam.

  1. Add strawberries to a small stockpot. Smash a bit with a potato masher to get the juices flowing.
  2. Cook strawberries over medium-low heat for 10 minutes or until softened. Smash until juicy with small pieces of strawberries.
  3. Add the other ingredients. Stir well and chill. This will thicken as it cools.

Recipe Notes

  • Glucomannan is a thickening agent. If you prefer to sub in another thickening agent you may. Just add it according to its own directions.
  • This jam freezes really well!
  • This recipe makes about 1 1/2 pints of jam.

Golden Sugar-Free Taco Seasoning Recipe with Turmeric

Ingredients

6 tbsp. chili powder

3 tbsp. smoked paprika

3 tbsp. ground cumin

3 tbsp. pink Himalayan salt

3 tbsp. freshly ground black pepper

1 1/2 tbsp. garlic powder

1 1/2 tbsp. onion powder

1 tbsp. ground turmeric

Directions

Sugar Free Nutella Copycat /Recipe Share

The Recipe for Sugar Free Copycat Nutella

This is actually a lot easier than you may think it is.

 

What you will need to make this.

Roasted Hazelnuts Skinned–1 Cup

Canola Oil–1 Teaspoon

Your choice of Sugar Alternative -1 Tablespoon equivalent to sugar Sugar Free Chocolate Chips–1/2 Cup

or

No sugar added Cocoa Powder 1/4 cup

Greek Yogurt–1 Tablespoon

How to make this recipe.

If hazelnuts are not roasted and skinned, do so by roasting them in a 350 oven for 15-18 minutes.

Allow them to cool and then remove the skins

Place your chocolate chips in a microwave safe cup and melt them in the microwave.

I set my microwave on medium high and melt in 20 second increments stirring between increments.

You can melt them over a double boiler if preferred. Don’t forget to stir. In a food processor, process your hazelnuts and oil together for about a minute or until they become somewhat pasty.

Add your yogurt, sugar alternative and the cocoa (if using cocoa) to the food processor and continue to blend.

You will need to stop the processor a few times to scrape the sides to ensure that everything is blending together.

If using chocolate chips, add your melted chocolate chips (if using chocolate chips) and pulse your food processor a few times until blended.

However, if you are using the cocoa method you can skip this step.
