Coffee is now part of my morning routine and had previously drowned myself in tea all day, practically drinking more than I have pints of blood daily!
Now I have a strong coffee after my morning walk and donβt have another drink for hours. So there you go, useless information but a fact. Tea cradles me and wakes me up gently at 6ish, coffee boosts my brain and gets me off to work.
