I don’t know about you, but I love walking outside in the Fall. The air is crispy and there seems to be a slight breeze blowing around. I find the weather is more tolerable than the summer air and heat. What better time to try and get outside and lose some weight. All you have to do is stay active. Little by little the pounds will come off. I tend to lose more weight in the fall and winter seasons, more than the summer season. I am active in the summer but the heat makes it hard to stay active for very long.
