Slide 2 of 29: Everyone loves hummus and given that it takes all of five minutes to whiz up, there's no need to buy it. The simple combination of chickpeas, tahini, garlic, olive oil and lemon works every time. Serve with tortilla chips or even better, sliced pitta bread.
