Uncommon, the bond between brothers, literally.

Uncommon is lending a ride to a stranger

Constantly we worry about danger.

Uncommon are the rules at school the same as at church

We would rather seperate decency, honesty, and such.

Uncommon are the beliefs that our nation was founded on

So much has changed and for too long.

Uncommon is the respect shown towards another,

There is no respect even for your own mother.

Uncommon is far too common, anymore.

I guess people would rather close the right door.

Uncommon manners are really not manners

They are a bunch of bullcrap from ignorant planners.

Uncommon genders, uncommon themes,

Mixed up agendas, ripped out schemes.

Uncommon statues that once stood for something

Now appear to offend everyone for everything.

Uncommon vaccines, liberated bias,

False accusations, someone has to be a liar.

Uncommon are things that once were the rage

Probably snuffed out by the “be yourself” stage.

Uncommon rules, that find their way in

Usually, because someone wants to win.

Let us not forget the uncommon nowadays

Is slowly being erased.

Uncommon will soon be the only in common we all share.

But that is life and we know that ain’t fair.
