Hello, I saw this recipe and had to share it!

DIRECTIONS

  •  In blender, you will put 2 cups of the fruit of your choice, Example: Raspberries, puree the fruit
  • 3 tablespoons of honey, transfer to a jar
  • Stir in 2tablespoons chai seeds

-Chill the stuff for an hour or until set.

It keeps in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.

  • ½ cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 3 medium Strawberries – diced
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Maple Syrup or Honey for sweetness
  • Coconut Dairy-Free Whipped Cream

Whisk ingredients together and refrigerate for minimum 4 hours. Top with coconut dairy-free whipped cream and enjoy!

Starting your morning with this morning mocha chia pudding. This recipe will give you the energy you need to tackle your day as well as giving you a great jumpstart in reaching your fiber intake.

  • ½ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 Shot Espresso
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup or Honey for sweetness
