Hello, I saw this recipe and had to share it!

DIRECTIONS

  •  In blender, you will put 2 cups of the fruit of your choice, Example: Raspberries, puree the fruit
  • 3 tablespoons of honey, transfer to a jar
  • Stir in 2tablespoons chai seeds

-Chill the stuff for an hour or until set.

It keeps in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
