    Hey. It’s quite an adventure interesting post for me. I’ve never been a fruit person and rarely eat it. However, bananas have become a daily part of my recovery. Maybe my body has used it’s own intuition to get me to eat what it needs, especially as I also have a heart condition.

    Bananas are great for some horrible for others. I can’t eat them or melons. I will still eat a few squares of watermelon once a summer and suffer through if it looks really delicious. One of the downsides of being allergic to ragweed (and pigweed, and some grasses) lol
