Healthy Snack, Three Ways

Slide 1 of 9: For the base:  2 sweet potatoes Olive oil Fine sea salt Freshly cracked black pepper  For the goat cheese, zucchini radish toast:  1/2 cup goat cheese 1 zucchini 6 radishes 6 sprigs of chives  For the tomato-avocado toast:  1 avocado 8 cherry tomatoes 1 large handful of mixed salad greens 1 small piece of feta 2-6 stalks of cilantro  For the sweet blueberry toast:  1 plain yogurt 1  1/3 cup blueberries 1 handful of pistachios
