I started using small plates. It’s helped a ton with portion control. I feel as if I have to eat everything on my plate and switching to smaller plates helps with both 🙂 I am def going to try some of the methods in the article like eating a bigger breakfast than dinner and the wrapped candy trick. Awesome post 🙂
I have found that if I don’t eat after 7 at night, it is easier for me to lose weight. That makes sense to me because I am more active earlier in the day and burn more calories then. You make good common sense here!
