Just in case you have not noticed

Just in case you paid no mind

I was wondering if it is too much of a waste of time.

I woke this morning, with our “lack” of a relationship, in my thoughts.

They encircled my dreams and turned me into a sad person.

The thought of you and I, brings nothing but doubt and suspicion

I think it to be a real act of fruition

Seems you are trying to ruin my day or something else

In all you lack to do or say.

I feel that you are in a race with your ownself

Seeing and compromising things in order to have full reigns

If this is a friendship, then I do not want it any more

I wish you had stayed on your side of life’s door

I get my hopes up and then they are crushed

You play the part of the underdog so well.

Have others thinking you are just swell.

I am the one who sees the other side of your self induced hell.

I see how you want to fit in, how you will not give an inch,though

To make the effort for a friendship, you say you want so.

I am the one who on numerous occasions asked and planned for a nice time out

With you, but you never have ever came through.

I now keep this doubt in the back of my head,

Often wondering if you are a person I should dread.

Just, if in case you have an incline of care

I really tried this whole time to be fair.

Just, if you turn to look behind yourself

You might find someone like me that tried to see you for you

Someone who really did not focus on your bad efforts and empty promises

Just, if you could  have separated your good and bad and shown more of the good

People would willingly be there,for you, if they could.

It’s horrible though

If you ignore what is inside, you know.

When glad times fade away

When there is nothing left to say.

The same hello and goodbyes mean nothing anymore

The anticipation now has turned to a bore.

You can and should still carry on, go ahead

You deserve to continue, flourish, and be anything but “dead”.

If there ain’t no more room in there or with them,

Pick up yourself and walk away, start again.

Who needs complicated, dilapidated, and aggravated?

Not me, not you , not ever.

Thoughts

Hello all.

Hope You are all doing okay today and everyday thus far.

I am writing you all today just to let you know some things I have had on my mind lately. Thank you to all those who continue to connect and follow and comment on my webpage. I appreciate it so very much. It is a great honor to have people who genuinely appreciate your words and content.

BLUE

I just want to say that I have been adding to my “Blue” series of stories. These stories are about a girl who has not had the best of lives but continues to keep moving forward, despite her upbringing and her obstacles. Blue is naive in a lot of ways, but she is hoping that the trust she puts into someone will one day be reciprocated and keep her happy. Trust is something that for Blue she finds most difficult to give to someone. She loves despite being hurt and wants to find her safe place one day. She witnesses lots of abusive things growing up and feels the impact from them heavily and wholeheartedly.

I also want to say that I am trying to offer the readers something I myself am always interested in and that is my DID YOU KNOW, things I post weekly. I find that there are so many fascinating things for us all to learn. Here is your chance. Follow along weekly in case you miss something.

I am not sure what 2019 will bring for me and this page but I hope to gain more followers, make more writer friends and maybe publish another book soon. With that though comes certain difficulties and it will take time.
