Poem

Don’t by MwsR

You don’t even know me

Yet you have already judged me.

You mix your words with raw emotion

Yet you try to stir up a reaction.

I will not play your game

You don’t even know my name.

Stop being mean and try to see

I’m not the problem, and your problem isn’t me.

You fill your head with all that chatter

I think some day things won’t matter.

Just learn to trust, learn to focus

Don’t give your dreams to any hocus pocus.

Maybe meditate, read a book

Look in the mirror with that same opposing look.

I am not your foe, not even a past friend

Now don’t you suppose this should be the end?

Please try to weigh what really matters to you

Someone might just be true blue.

Stop blaming, keep loving, keep trusting,

Life is too short, keep living.

I am hoping you will see

Before things change for you drastically.

Since I wrote what I had to say,

I am going to bid you “good day”.

Remember, you don’t have to be that way!

A Race and Racism Fact

I know that you know he is married. I’ll find out who you are. Quit trying to contact him. NOW

Your husband, as you referred him to be, had left a comment. It was merely, “I’m”. I wrote in reply to that and asked him what it was he was trying to write, that his reply was not finished.

I do not know anything about him or you for that matter, but you writing me like you did says a lot. I am not after your husband and you are mistaken in your judgement of things. I reply to all comments from my followers and your husband left that reply.

I am sorry you are having a bad day, and that you misjudged a situation. I am just a writer, happily married myself, and not interested in your husband, now or any other time. Sorry for any misunderstandings. Try to get the whole picture before you go off on someone, navydoc1259.

Your core muscles—not just your abdominals, but the muscles that wrap around your midsection—support your spine and lower back. And your core, hips, glutes, and hamstrings together form one big stability machine, so weakness in any one of those muscles forces the others to take up the slack.

Avoid “Deadly Diabetes”

Simple Tricks to Avoid a “Deadly” Diabetes, Say Doctors Now (msn.com)

You can have diabetes and love a long life, managing it—but it’s also deadly, one of the leading causes of death in America. Why is it so dangerous? “Diabetes is the condition in which the body does not properly process food for use as energy,” says the CDC.

Slide 3 of 7: "Excess weight is the single most important cause of type 2 diabetes," according to the Harvard T.H. Chan School for Public Health. "Being overweight increases the chances of developing type 2 diabetes seven-fold. Being obese makes you 20 to 40 times more likely to develop diabetes than someone with a healthy weight. Losing weight can help if your weight is above the healthy-weight range. Losing 7-10% of your current weight can cut your chances of developing type 2 diabetes in half."

Alcohol Use And These Kinds Of Cancers

A new cancer study was published July 13 in the peer-reviewed journal, The Lancet Oncology, conducted by a group of researchers from mental health and cancer research institutions in the U.S., Canada, France, and Nigeria. In it, the research team asserted that alcohol consumption is rising in countries in China, India, Vietnam, and many countries in sub-Saharan Africa. They added that globally, 6.3 million individuals died in 2020 from cancers of the esophagus, throat, larynx, colon, rectum, liver, and breast (this applied to breast cancer in women, though men can get breast cancer, too).
