Poem

Circumstance by MwsR

Out from them, a new life can begin

A touch, a word, or a dream that ends

Something that impacted

Someone who interacted

Taking a move

Changing things to improve

Exploring what will be

Attached like a limb to a tree

Different than before

So much is there to explore

A short or a long journey

Strapped in like on a gurney

At the hands of everything

Yet not a single thing

Into something new

It will happen to you.

Poem

Feelings

Tears drip ever so often

Saddness permiates what I’d not forgotten

Shivers to and from my heart

Pieces connected but standing apart

Peace and comfort interrupted

Mind and soul diverted

Something that once stood for something

Torn from nothing

Yet hanging on in strands

Bigger and louder than the nation’s bands

Twisted making stronger

But also longer

Feelings that bind our hearts and minds

Ever we seem to always find.

The Cake…my daughter

Cake
My daughter and new son in law.
My daughter.

Great wedding folks.

Thought I’d share the cake, me and my husband made. The wedding theme was tie dyed.

Happy Fourth

I’ll see you on this side of the rainbow.

MwsRWritings ~Words for Thought

Without empathy you have lack of concern.
Without love you allow indifference and intolerant thinking.
Without compassion your soul is stagnant.
Without possibilities you have no hope.
In having empathy you will learn consideration.
In loving you will see things on an equal basis.
In being compassionate you will flourish.
In believing you will have hope.

Letters my oldest daughter designed for my youngest daughter’s wedding. Tied Dyed is the theme.
Book my granddaughter asked me to read that our local library had. Cool, huh?
My sunflower. It is over 6 foot tall.
My old boy. He was snuggling.

Hey guys!

Been practicing making, dyeing, and laying Fondant for my daughter’s wedding cake.

I never knew how simple it is. My husband has the strong hands with which to work it. Thank goodness for that.

He is making her a three-tier wedding cake. Her colors are red and green. We are going to make it tied the looking. She wants it to match her dress. It will also be an outdoor wedding which requires careful planning, as to the manner of, how to keep the cake from melting. This is why we choose to make fondant. Hopefully it will hold up way better than frosting or icing.

I can’t wait to see the finished product. The inside will be tied dyed looking too. It will be great.

I will show photos of it when finished. Hopefully. She is getting married on Wednesday. So I might not post a lot. Please forgive me for that. I am also making the food, so I will be busy, to say the least.

Exciting time here.

17, 15, and 10 1/2 inch zucchini. I am getting some huge zucchini this year.

It is fun watching my seedlings do so well.

I will finish by saying, Hello to you all and thanks for reading, sharing, supporting, and liking my posts. You make it all worth while. Remember you are worthy of great things, love, and peace.

I shall see you all on this side of the rainbow.🌈🌈🌈🌈
