July is hot

July is definitely not

My favorite month at all.

I wish it cooler

I wish it shorter

So I can get it over.

Load

There is a tremendous burden/ LOAD, one carries upon their back. They have trouble letting it go. It the burden of self judgement and shame. If one could let that go and see how much a difference it would make in their lives, they would never pick that LOAD up again and try to carry it around.

Of course this song is special to me, my name is Michelle! I have heard this for so long it is like my own personal song, haha.

This is definitely a man who loves someone named Michelle. It uses French language to, so she must be French. That is funny seeing that my name origin is French. Niice song Beatles, thanks for making me feel special!!!!!

Recipe Sharing!/AMISH Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sliced bacon, diced
  • 1 medium sweet onion, chopped
  • 6 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 4 cups frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1-1/2 cups 4% cottage cheese
  • 1-1/4 cups shredded Swiss cheese

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, cook bacon and onion over medium heat until bacon is crisp; drain. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients; stir in bacon mixture. Transfer to a greased 13×9-in. baking dish.
  • Bake, uncovered, 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
Test Kitchen Tips

  • Create a pretty burst of color and fresh flavor by adding a pinch of minced herbs to the egg mixture. Thyme and parsley are perfect candidates; try 1 teaspoon fresh or 1/4 teaspoon dried.
  • Cottage cheese is surprisingly versatile and almost disappears into this dish when baked.
  • Assemble a day in advance, and bake just before serving.

Lemon Pound Cake/Keto

Bake at 375 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until the center is done.

Ingredients for Lemon Pound Cake:

6 large, Egg 2/3 cup,

Oil 2 cup,

Almond Flour 5 tsp,

Coconut Flour 1 tsp,

Baking Powder 1 tsp,

Baking Soda 1/4 tsp

Salt 2/3 cup,

Lemon juice, raw 1 tsp

Vanilla Essence 3/4 Cup

Erythritol 2 Droppers(12 drops)

Stevia Ingredients for the glaze:

1/3 Cup Cream Cheese 1/3 Cup Heavy Cream 6 drops Stevia

Macros: Serves 12 Each Serving Calories: 174 Fat: 17 Protien: 4 Net Carbs: 2

Recipe Share/Yellow Squash Casserole

Yellow Squash Casserole

This Yellow Squash Casserole is the ultimate comfort food! It can be prepped ahead of time and popped in the oven just before dinner!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups yellow squash about 2 squash
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 yellow onion diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic chopped
  • 1/4 c water
  • 1 sleeve of Ritz crackers
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese heaping cup
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 c butter melted
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Heat olive oil over med heat in a large skillet.
  3. Saute onions and garlic for 2-3 min.
  4. Add the squash on top and then the add the water to the pan.
  5. Cover and allow to steam for about 5 min, until squash is tender.
  6. In a medium bowl, crush crackers with your hands.
  7. Add in cheese and toss.
  8. Set half of the cracker/cheese mixture aside.
  9. Stir in the milk, beaten eggs, and melted butter.
  10. Add in the squash mixture and season with salt and pepper.
  11. Pour into a greased 9-inch x 13-inch baking dish.
  12. Top with the remaining cracker mixture and dab with 2 tbsp butter.
  13. Bake for 25 min until cracker topping is slightly browned.

Anything that’s done, does not a competition make.

I once thought so, but that was my mistake.

If I can’t stand the heat in the kitchen

I should not stand in the way of  someone’ else’s competition.

Although I will compete if need be.

Just not in everything I do, because that is just not me.

Today I am visiting a hotel

There is not very much to tell

In it you will find

Something perplexing to your mind

You need to be silent when staying here

Because there is no noise for you to hear

What you will see will be peculiar

A most humble caterpillar.

He stays here in this hotel

He doesn’t talk to anyone, as you can tell.

He stays so silent you think you’re alone.

I wonder if this place is also his home.
